Orders are generally delivered within 10 days. IxDOLL will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, IxDOLL will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel or exchange your order if you would rather not wait.

Under normal circumstances, all products are sent by registered postal services. (Worldwide By registration air mail ).

If individual customer needs to use EMS mail service, you can e-mail to notify us and we will make the necessary arrangements. However, extra postage charges will apply.
